The Eye Pillows are made with Organic Flax Seed and Organic Lavender Flower Buds which loosely fill the satin like fabric pillow. They measure approximately 4" x 10". Use the Eye Pillow to create soothing darkness, gentle pressure and aromatherapy. Can be used for eye strain, meditation, naps, headaches, stress and mental fatigue. Flax seed keeps pillows with a naturally cool feel but they can also be placed in the freezer (in plastic bag) for a refreshing quality or can be heated in the microwave for a soothing, relaxing effect. (Since I don't own a microwave, I wrap mine in foil and place in a warm oven when I want it heated. I usually use mine the way it is naturally, cool for headaches.) If stored in it's original plastic bag, the scent from the Lavender can last for up to 2 years or so. Pillows are available in three colors - Blue, Purple, and Rose. Makes a great gift.
